About Me
Dr Bryan Lee is an experienced educator with over 20 years of teaching Humanities subjects, including Social Studies and History, at the secondary level. He held key leadership roles in education, notably serving as Head of Department for Humanities at a secondary school in Singapore. In this capacity, he led curriculum planning, teacher development, and pedagogical innovation.
Beyond the classroom, Dr Lee designed and facilitated professional development workshops on critical thinking for both students and educators. He has extensive experience guiding students preparing for the GCE ‘N’ and ‘O’ Level examinations, with a teaching approach that emphasizes deep learning and structured thinking routines.
Dr Lee previously served as an Associate Lecturer at a polytechnic, where he specialised in teaching critical thinking skills.
His professional interests include Social Studies and History education, curriculum design and development, critical thinking, and qualitative research.
